This workshop is designed for anyone who leads a busy life. The  frequency of burnout has increased dramatically over the last number of years due to work related stress, home/family life and changes,  unemployment, retirement, relationship stresses.  By overcommitting ourselves we often miss the signs of a  potential burnout.

In this workshop by using Adler’s tasks of life (Work, Intimacy and Social Interest) we will look at how you can bring back balance  into your life to prevent burnout.

One of the areas that will be focused on is working on your  personal goals for life and discover your unknown behaviours and  patterns that maybe leading to burnout.  We will also look at your strengths that will help you to face the external challenges of life.
