Attendees will explore Alfred Adler's theory around Family Constellation and Birth Order and learn about themselves and others. Attendees will have the opportunity to examine beliefs about themselves, and the world that were put in place between the ages of 5 to 7 years. They will also see how these beliefs illuminate ways to manage life's challenges and how these beliefs can be mistaken. Attendees will reflect on Adler's theory of encouragement as a way to manage those challenges in a more positive and creative way.

In this workshop Jim Holder will show you how to find and use these guiding words to gain a better understanding of what is happening for your client and ultimately how to help them.
